About the role
Responsible for conducting quality control inspections on construction sites in Oahu.
Responsibilities
- Inspect building materials and construction work to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Communicate directly with contractors and project managers to address issues and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction quality assurance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
- Experience with quality control software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
