Quality Control Coordinator (Roofing)

Job Summary

The QA Coordinator will oversee daily production of roofing projects, monitor safety, quality of installations, and customer communication. They will report to the field supervisor, customers, and management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO (a plus)
• Previous roofing and sales experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license (in good standing)
• Positive work history and ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, if needed
• Bilingual in Spanish (plus)
