Quality Control Clerk - CoPack 1st

Roles and Responsibilities

• Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away.
• Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality).
• Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized.
• Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary).
• Manage damages.
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers.
• Awareness of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to transpose information from paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa.

• Minimal supervision required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice as the business need arises.
• Must be flexible to work on off days on short notice as the business need arises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Used RF technology.
• Data entry.
• Excel and Microsoft office.

Skills

• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Forklift Experience.
• Minimum 1 year Operational experience preferred.
• Understand SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems.
