$20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Navigate computers and software to perform routine quality control audits and generate accurate reports
- Audit manufacturing methods, processes, and set-ups to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Conduct routine inspections of product quality for adherence to process requirements and specifications
- Audit all manufacturing and maintenance activities to verify quality standards are met
- Clearly communicate audit results and recommendations to supervisors and management
- Follow up on recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including frequent lifting and handling of heavier cartons
- Reliable attendance record and a strong work ethic (required)
- Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Proficient with personal computers and Windows-based software (experience with Jabil’s systems is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
Qualifications
- No prior visual inspection experience required
- Willingness to learn and reliable attendance are valued
