1st Shift Quality Control Auditor
Key Responsibilities
- Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Inspects pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly.
- Utilizes tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets.
- Identifies and documents any deviations from quality standards.
- Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors.
- Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines.
- PARTNERS WITH QUALITY LEAD TO ENSURE PLANT COMPLIANCE OF QUALITY PRACTICES AND CONTINUOUS AND IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES.
- PROVIDE SUPPORT DURING AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS.
Position Requirements & Work Environment
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME AS BUSINESS NEEDS REQUIRE.
- SUPPORT A TWO-SHIFT OPERATION WITHIN A 184,000 SQUARE FOOT SERVICE REPAIR FACTORY.
- FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ACROSS SHIFTS AS OPERATIONAL DEMANDS DICTATE.
- SHIFT SCHEDULE: 1ST SHIFT: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2ND SHIFT: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 3RD SHIFT: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
