Quality Control Auditor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality and that specifications are met.
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Conduct inbound processes of new merchandise in accordance with guidelines and following all prescribed procedures, including understanding the specificities for each airline.
• Handle physical and administrative tasks related to merchandise.
• Inform the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager of daily activity and/or any issues or concerns.
• Assist in maintaining Security and Health and Safety requirements.
• Take appropriate action to label, store, sort, and dispose of merchandise as instructed.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the team lead or management.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift items/packages (up to 50 lbs./15 kg).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance, diligence, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good work ethic.
