About the Role
TennMax America Inc., a global leader in EMI shielding and Thermal Management solutions based in Vancouver, WA, specializing in components for the Department of Defense and Aerospace industries, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Quality Control team.
Responsibilities
- Perform precise measurements using calipers, gauges, lasers, and micrometers in accordance with mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Record and enter documentation and measurement data into approved systems based on customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and verify compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure QC standards and customer specifications are consistently met.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
- Experience using a variety of inspection tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to interpret feature control frames, datums, and tolerance schemes.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Demonstrate stable and reliable work history.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing settings.
- Skilled in the use of test and measuring equipment.
Qualifications
- Preferred: experience with QMS, AS9100, and/or ISO 9000 standards.
