Quality Control Associate - 2nd Shift

Onsite role located at 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268.

About the role

As a Production Associate, this role is responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders to be processed by Embroidery Operators. The Production Associate responds to work orders, sets up, troubleshoots missing items, and performs direct physical activity to complete preparation of work orders in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders, observe specifications, and prepare and stage garments for Embroidery Operators.
• Accurately count and document proper sizes and colors of garments before staging items for Embroidery Operators.
• Report all mechanical issues to supervisor immediately.
• Ensure work area is cleaned during and before the end of shift, including sweeping, organizing workstation, and emptying trash.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and have an eye for precision.
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods of time (8 hours minimally).
• Repetitive movement of the body.
• Lift no less than 5-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment (including seasonal exposure to heat and humidity).
• Push/pull 15-35 lbs. frequently.

Schedule

Monday – Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
