Quality Assurance Associate -2nd Shift

About the Role

This position is responsible for processing, detailing, and inspecting garments within the Apparel Embroidery Department at L2 Brands in Hanover, PA. Critical elements include teamwork, clear communication, self-initiative, sound judgment, achieving production efficiency, and a dedication to product quality.

Responsibilities

• Review order forms to ensure garment correctness and completion of all steps.
• Clean garments by trimming threads, pulling paper, and removing hoop marks/stains.
• Add barcodes and proper licensing when necessary.
• Check for special instructions (e.g., individual folding, poly-bagging, hanging garments, removing tags).
• Verify final counts on all paperwork.
• Maintain effective working relationships aligned with company values and goals.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per company standards.
• Communicate production issues, quality concerns, or equipment needs to supervisors promptly.

Schedule

Full-time, 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m.
