About the role
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will help drive our goals by performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products to support quality standards. You will prepare chemical reagents and standards and ensure accurate sample preparation, review analytical results, identify out-of-control conditions and escalate issues where required. You will maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, support the introduction of new analytical methods and continuous improvement activities, and train colleagues on laboratory procedures while maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Key skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Knowledge of chemical analysis, quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with ICP and/or XRF analytical techniques is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills within a laboratory environment
- Ability to maintain detailed records and communicate technical information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
