Quality Control Analyst Asc - E1
Supports development of quality plans and procedures
Sets and adheres to quality standards for both make and buy items.
Ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Initiates, reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality-related data/metrics from various sources.
- Analyzes data using statistical techniques.
- Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met.
- Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies.
Quality Records Management
Reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records for accuracy, acceptability, and completeness.
- Manages the quality records control process to ensure adequate accountability and traceability.
- Develops and maintains governing procedures related to records control.
Product Acceptance and Delivery
Supports product acceptance and delivery according to established processes.
Desired Skills
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to train other associates.
- Familiarity with using computer applications.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55,700.00 - $103,400.00

Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
