About the role
This position supports Dexcom Logistics and Distribution Quality Operations in Mesa, Arizona—a high-volume warehouse handling everything from full truckloads to small parcels for internal and external global customers. You will work independently and collaboratively to enhance the effectiveness of the Dexcom Quality Management System, coordinating with Warehousing Operations and Quality Engineering to manage nonconforming material and ensure efficient inventory containment in compliance with approved procedures. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities
- Support and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Dexcom Quality Management System.
- Work cross-functionally with Warehousing Operations and Quality Engineering to coordinate and process nonconforming material.
- Ensure physical inventory is efficiently contained and managed end-to-end in accordance with approved procedures.
- Manage multiple assignments and priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Take initiative to coordinate Quality Assurance tasks that improve processes and drive activities to achieve site goals and QMS conformance.
- Communicate issues promptly with Dexcom leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with nonconforming material handling.
- Familiarity with medical device Quality Systems Regulations (21 CFR Part 820).
- Proficiency in ERP and QMS electronic database systems such as Oracle and Cloud PLM.
- Strong skills in data organization, reporting, and basic analytics using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of previous experience.
Travel required: 0–5%.

Pay
$25.72 – $42.83 per hour.
