What You'll Do
- Partner with Senior Leadership to develop a positive corporate culture of change and improvement
- Drive the Quality Team to engage with business and program teams resulting in the corporation meeting compliance and training requirements
- Partner with leadership to improve and enhance the company's changing culture, analytical metrics, quality methodology and training solutions
- Manages the design and maintenance of a system for managing data, analysis, and project solutions resulting in measured performance status reporting
- Corporate quality liaison who communicates fact-based findings to various stakeholders both internally and externally
What You'll Bring
- Ability to manage multiple direct reports with multiple projects
- Work independently and meet deadlines, self-driven, proactive
- Strong analytical and organizational skills: must present strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of staff
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including but not limited to Excel/Pivot Tables, Macros, data manipulation functions
- Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
- Ability to maintain agency privacy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field required, Masters preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in human services with at least 2 years in a management role
- Preferred experience in Project Management/Six Sigma Certification
- Preferred Experience With WellSky products used by ASAP network
