About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and manufacturing composite components for aerospace and automotive applications.Responsibilities
- Designing composite parts using advanced CAD software
- Manufacturing composite components using state-of-the-art machinery
- Performing quality control inspections to ensure product compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts
- Continuously improving processes through lean methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in composite materials engineering
- Proficiency in composite material fabrication techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with composite material testing and analysis
- Knowledge of composite layup and curing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Experience with composite material processing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
