Quality Change Manager

About the role

JSR is looking for a long term consultant for a Change/Communications Manager during the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Developing the change management program by communicating project goals, timelines.
• Developing the approach for training, and working together with the training vendor and providing status along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science
• 3-5 years in Training Management in the pharmaceutical industry
• 7-10 years in Change or Communications Management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior QMS experience is a plus
• Good project management
• Excellent communication skills
