About the Role

Cardinal Staffing is currently building a pool of qualified candidates who are ready and available to report for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities. Job details may vary based on the needs of the facility, but candidates should be prepared for a hands-on quality and production role in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general automotive production and quality support tasks.
• Perform visual inspections of parts or materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support sorting, inspection, packing, assembly, or material handling as needed.
• Identify and separate any non-conforming or defective parts.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Be flexible with job duties based on project needs.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and have strong attendance.
• Must be flexible and willing to work assigned shift.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, quality inspection, or automotive experience is preferred, but not required.

$17.00 / hour
