Responsibilities
- Conduct product audits on incoming raw material
- Conduct process audits involving operational processes and documentation
- Verify construction quality, document accuracy and completeness, and package integrity
- Complete individual audit reports and prepare weekly and monthly summary reports
- Perform and document Quality Management System audits according to established schedule
- Enter nonconforming materials data and conduct return to vendor, scrap, restock, and rework dispositions for in-house goods and materials, including internal and external communications to OFS, SAP goods movements, and database entry/maintenance
- Schedule, perform, and document internal calibrations of certain OFS tools and equipment according to established schedule
- Facilitate the annual calibration service of equipment by external providers
- Understand OFS Carrollton's Quality Manual standards, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and TL 9000 requirements
- Communicate and work with all areas of the company
