Requirements
- High level of analytical ability with emphasis on problem solving and root cause analysis
- Highly motivated to attain work objectives, self-starter
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes
- Knowledge of basic Quality tools: PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA's, PFD's, Gage R&R's, Run @ Rate, Operator instructions, and IMDS
- Knowledge of GM Quality Requirements
- Ability to learn and navigate through Plex
