Quality Auditor

About the role

The Quality Auditor (Sr Quality Eng) is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute quality audits (process, product, and system audits)
• Evaluate compliance with ISO standards and GDMS quality policies
• Document audit findings and nonconformances
• Work with departments to develop and track corrective actions
• Prepare and present audit reports to management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain audit schedules and records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of quality auditing experience
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or CMMI standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
• Experience in defense or aerospace industry
• Familiarity with GDMS processes and systems

Workplace options

This position is 100% on-site in our Pittsfield MA facilities. We are not offering a relocation package at this time.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $85,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
