Responsibilities
- Must be able to work Wed-Sat, 7:00am to 5:30pm.
- Certified Trainer training and support on the production floor.
- Daily check of Batch Production Records for correct training documentation.
- Auxiliary with the administration of personnel qualifications and requalifications for new hires and existing personnel.
- Preparing new hire training paperwork.
- Auxiliary with new-hire and existing employee module training.
- Ensuring personnel sign for training in ACE after training events such as classes, presentations, OJTs, proficiency observations, skills assessments, Group Trainings, etc.
- Auxiliary with one-on-one retraining when necessary for deviations, investigations, requalification failures, etc.
- Digital uploads of all qualifications/requalifications into the Learning Management System.
- Filing of training documents into training binders.
- Auditing of new hire training to ensure all required documentation has been completed.
- Tracking Belmar Select Outsourcing and Green Mountain Pharmaceuticals personnel qualifications and requalifications.
- Auxiliary with Group Training presentations and class training when needed.
- Must be professional at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- Proficiency in data entry and interpretation
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work as a team
- Good attendance
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Planning and time management skills
- Ability to convey complex information in a way that people can understand
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all guidelines as they relate to the process
- Technical writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, phone/headset or other technology devices as assigned
