Quality Assurance Technician-Night Shift

Quality Assurance Responsibilities

• Verifying and approving raw materials
• Preparing customer samples
• Performing routine line checks to ensure SOPs and CCPs are respected
• Monitoring and training team in GMP and HACCP protocols
• Working in a fast, efficient and controlled manner
• Working well with team to complete tasks
• Maintaining a high standard of quality
• Following QA instructions concerning the packing of noodles
• Monitoring and verifying the proper cleaning and sanitation program
• Having good knowledge of computers – MS Office, Internet
• Maintaining a clean work area at all times
• Working as directed by Management
• Occasionally working on weekends to follow up behind sanitation

• Able to have good interpersonal skills to motivate and train staff
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Able to have good manual dexterity and work ethic
• Experience in food production
• Able to have high level of attention to detail
• Able to have physical stamina and strength and requires standing for long periods of time
• Able to handle some heavy lifting (boxes weigh up to 25lbs)
