Pay
$28.45 per hour. Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked.

Responsibilities
- Administer daily tasks associated with food safety and quality programs within the factory.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste, improve product quality, and support a more efficient production environment.
- Accountable for Quality KPIs such as First Time Right, non-conforming product reduction, and consumer complaint reduction.
- Ensure compliance with Primo Brands quality policies and systems.
- Maintain quality systems including the Quality Monitoring Scheme, Food Safety Plan, FSSC 22000, Good Manufacturing Practices, Traceability, and Sensory.
- Manage key processes such as release of raw materials, process release, finished product release, UV, Ozone, Distiller, Holds, investigation & troubleshooting, Internal Control Plan, auditing, calibration, training, record keeping, sample collection, and support of change-overs.
- Support manufacturing, warehouse, production sanitation, tanker, microbiology, chemistry, sensory, technical, and other areas as needed (e.g., shelf-life samples, COP for parts, communication and troubleshooting).
- Work safely and be knowledgeable of chemical hazards and SDSs.
- Manage distiller operations including testing and troubleshooting.
- Perform onsite and offsite water chemistry testing including manganese, iron, pH, conductivity, and turbidity.
- Handle basic water management tasks such as adjusting for monthly water usage, flushing boreholes, and monitoring silo levels.
- Manage filters including pressure differentials, change outs for sources and lines, and troubleshooting.
- Aid in set up for CIPs of water process equipment and tankers.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- College level education desired; relevant pursuit of study in a related area is a plus.
- Prior experience performing basic laboratory procedures.
- Exposure to Quality Assurance or Production in a food or beverage processing facility.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team-based environment.
- Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work.
- Exposure to fluid processing and the principles of sanitation science.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP principles.
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications; SAP experience is a plus.
- Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational, data analysis, and record keeping skills; acute attention to detail.
- Flexibility and the desire to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Ability to work self-directed and with a team to support Quality goals.
- Auditing skills.
- CIP and cleaning systems knowledge.
- Self-managed and efficient when performing work unsupervised.
- Ability to work flexible schedule as determined by business needs.
- Proactive in finding solutions to problems and issues as they arise.
- Effective communication with various support groups, supervisors, and team members.
- Able to read, interpret, and analyze computer-generated reports.
- Strong English language skills for effective communication.
