Responsibilities

Your ‘day to day’ will include:

  • Complete periodic technical product reports and report on product problems encountered.
  • Discuss variances with appropriate personnel and monitor major quality problems and trends.
  • Perform quality audits and proactively determine and perform additional efforts necessary to alleviate quality concerns.
  • Participate in meetings of new products, projects, or equipment and provide input to new concepts.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Establish effective lines of communication and feedback with manufacturing supervisors, engineers, and QA staff to ensure prompt attention and resolution of conditions that adversely affect quality or throughput.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum High School diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. You should also be computer literate, with experience in data entry, document control, and procedural implementation, as well as familiarity with basic statistics, graphing, charting, ISO, GMP, and "Quality Concepts". Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills are also required, along with the ability to work well independently and with members of other departments.

Qualifications

In addition to the requirements, it is also necessary to be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is $53,600 - 67,000, with the possibility of overtime.
