Quality Assurance Technician

Looking to Grow Beyond Production? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure product quality and food safety throughout our manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity for someone with food production, packaging, sanitation, or manufacturing experience who wants to build a career in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks and inspections on the production floor
• Monitor products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Conduct sanitation and GMP audits
• Collect samples and perform basic laboratory testing
• Document findings and communicate quality concerns
• Partner with Production, Packaging, and Sanitation teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing, production, packaging, sanitation, or quality
• Experience following GMPs, procedures, or food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and support compliance initiatives
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract‑to‑hire position based out of Columbus, WI. The role is fully onsite.
