Summary Of Responsibilities Ensures the accuracy and quality of all products that are shipped from Vienna Beef by working alongside production to conduct on-the-line checks of product specifications and quality standards. GMP’s - Visual Inspection and enforce GMP’s throughout the facility, QA Lab Daily GMP Audit - especially packagingCheck the Quaternary Ammonium concentration levels in the Foot Baths and Foot FoamersMonitors and places areas on hold if drains back upMonitor the sanitation requirements for maintenance repairs, equipment downtimePerforms metal detection, check weights, and packaging/case integrity, calibrate thermometers.Monitors employee and machine performance during operational inspections.Prepares and takes samplesMonitors the storage and transfer of packaging supplies, ensuring they meet sanitation requirements.Follow Hold Procedure & Quarantine process.Verify and conducts temperature checks through facilityConducts Metal detector calibrationEnd of shift room release for sanitationThermometer calibration and Scale calibrationsProduction InspectionPerform all duties that maybe assigned Detailed Responsibilities QA technicians will refer to Standard Operating Procedures Issue Escalation Promptly notifies QA Manager or Vice President of Quality Assurance when quality issues arise or safety concerns.
