Reporting to
Quality Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Support food safety and quality during weekend operations
- Work a five-day work week based on candidate preference and business needs
- Evaluate finished product
- Maintain records of Critical Control Points
- Verify operators' adherence to procedures
- Conduct environmental and equipment swabbing
- Administer the rejection and hold program
- Document findings, deviations, and corrective actions
- Partner with production, sanitation, and leadership teams
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Effective communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Flexibility to work a weekend-focused schedule, including Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday
Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility
- Climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying materials

About the Role
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Perform finished product evaluations to confirm products meet quality, safety, and specification requirements.
Monitor and document Critical Control Points to verify product is cooked and processed properly.
Verify operators are completing required tasks correctly and following established procedures.
Conduct environmental and equipment swabbing to support sanitation and food safety programs.
Administer the rejection and hold program by placing product on hold when issues are identified and escalating concerns appropriately.
Verify production lines are clean and ready prior to start-up and following sanitation activities.
Document findings, deviations, and corrective actions using required systems and logs.
Possess strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Use basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Be flexible to work a weekend-focused schedule, including Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday.
Qualifications
