About the role

The Quality Assurance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process within the team, ensuring all products meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure all products meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
• Train and mentor team members in quality assurance techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of software testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule
