Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control leads and inspection processes
• Ensure finished products meet specifications for tolerances, color, and fit
• Review and approve inspections and documentation
• Identify non-conforming products and ensure proper handling
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Train and guide quality control staff
• Audit production output for quality compliance

Requirements

• Mandatory manufacturing quality assurance experience
• Prior exposure to plastics or injection molding is preferred
• Required knowledge of inspection, defect analysis, and quality documentation
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
• Basic computer skills are required
• Prior injection molding/plastics experience is preferred
• Prior supervisory or lead quality assurance exposure is preferred
• Prior root cause analysis/corrective action experience is preferred
