About the role

The Injection Molding Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient production schedules are met
• Monitor and maintain injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and optimize workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding production management
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex projects
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and quality assurance techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
