Quality Assurance Supervisor - Off-Shift

About the role

Quality Supervisor – Off-Shift. Located in Groveport, OH. Full-Time, 6:00pm-4:00am. On‑site lead quality role driving excellence and impact. You will ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance, lead a talented team, solve complex challenges, and play a critical role in delivering products customers trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team of QA and QC professionals to meet production goals while upholding GMP and FDA standards.
• Tackle quality issues head‑on, provide expert guidance, and ensure timely resolutions that keep operations running smoothly.
• Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to elevate quality performance.
• Participate in audits, refine processes, and ensure documentation is flawless for new product launches and transfers.
• Coach, mentor, and empower your team to achieve excellence and grow professionally.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to ensure seamless operations and exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related science.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and hands‑on expertise in laboratory environments—preferably cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and microbiological testing methodologies.
