Quality Assurance Supervisor - Beverage

This role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees quality assurance and food safety processes in a high volume beverage manufacturing environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and QC processes to ensure regulatory compliance, conducting audits, inspections, and product testing across the production floor.
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, manage hold and rework processes along with related documentation.
• Train staff on QA standards and food safety practices.
• Partner closely with production teams to improve quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field
• 5+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing
• HACCP certification
• PCQI certification
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a QA setting
• BPC certification, or ability to obtain
• Strong working knowledge of food safety systems, audits, and quality management systems

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 to $105,000 base salary, plus bonus
