About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met across all operations. Oversee testing processes and ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Conduct regular testing and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with development teams to understand issues and implement solutions.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
