Quality Assurance Specialist- NDE/NDT/NDI Level II / III

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the quality of products through non-destructive testing (NDT) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) techniques at various levels. Conduct tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT/NDT/NDI Level II/III inspections on various materials and components.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and protocols.
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure accurate and thorough testing.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in NDT/NDT/NDI Level II/III testing.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using NDT/NDT/NDI equipment and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid certification in NDT/NDT/NDI Level II/III.
• Experience with X-ray, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina for standing and moving around during inspections.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
