Quality Assurance Specialist - Insurance
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly file reviews to ensure adherence to agency standards and data accuracy
- Perform weekly data monitoring within Applied Epic to identify and address discrepancies
- Facilitate new associate onboarding across core systems, including Applied Epic, Indio, Applied University, CSR24, carrier portals, and Creative Compliance
- Provide ongoing training and development for associates to support system usage and process consistency
- Manage carrier and broker onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain carrier portal access, including agency credentials and user access management
- Maintain and track carrier and broker E&O certificates
- Afford assistance with Epic help desk tickets, including troubleshooting system issues and providing timely resolution
- Afford assistance with carrier policy & claim downloads
- Oversee associate and entity licensing renewals to ensure compliance
- Process surplus lines documentation and stamping requirements
- Afford day-to-day system administration activities under the direction of the VP of Insurance Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or similar experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar role in the insurance industry
- Working knowledge of Applied Epic and related agency systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing quality results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
- High level of organization and accountability in completing assigned responsibilities
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Maintains a high sense of urgency in responding to internal requests and system support needs

Pay
The approximate annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Please note the range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of the posting. Actual compensation within that range is based on a wide variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, individual qualifications, depth of experience, knowledge, skills, applicable certifications, and physical work location(s).
