This role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform connecting students with institutions and advising on program selection and enrollment. The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures quality evidence is maintained, with a focus on separating confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile quality assurance with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the international education platform.
- Coordinate documentation for work and study travel roles, tracking status to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Review quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Document processes and generate reports to support quality assurance efforts, maintaining clarity in the context of program selection and enrollment.
- Maintain quality control through workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Position Details

Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
