About Us Learn more about Management & Training Corporation here We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, accommodation, contact instructions, About Us, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to keep substantive info: Wage, Schedule, Benefits list, Position Summary, Essential Functions (list of duties), Education And Experience Requirements, maybe "Why" (impact) but that may be considered motivational; but we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Pay: Wage - $18.39 per hour (specific) - Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm- MST (specific) - Benefits: list: Dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance and AD&D, Short & long-term disability, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid time off and paid holidays, Professional development assistance, Career advancement opportunities. (We need to format as list) - About the role / Position Summary: "Reports to the Shared Services Student Recruiting Manager. Performs a variety of audits and evaluations to maintain the data integrity and quality assurance of the contract in compliance with government and management directives." plus maybe location: "Position will be in-office at our corporate office located in Centerville, Utah." Also mention MTC operates Hawaii Job Corps Center etc. That's about the role. - Responsibilities / Essential Functions: a long list of duties. We'll put as

    • items. - Requirements / Qualifications: Education And Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of clerical experience. Associate’s degree preferred. Must have working knowledge of computers and various software programs, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; but we could infer from requirements: computer skills, etc. But we should not invent. If no explicit skills section, we may omit Skills heading. - Why/Motivation: "Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career." This is somewhat fluff but it's substantive? It's not boilerplate; it's a motivational statement. Could be placed under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the role". The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But we need headings for sections that have real content. We have content for About the role (position summary, location, mission), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education/experience), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Could be okay. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience", etc. We have actual specifics. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
