Responsibilities
- Execute initial Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) in accordance with established standards, procedures, and timelines.
- Evaluate operational, brand, and compliance performance against company requirements.
- Document findings, observations, and recommendations accurately and thoroughly.
- Escalate reevaluation QARs and significant compliance concerns to management for further review and action.
- Maintain accurate QAR documentation, records, and supporting materials within designated systems and databases.
- Ensure all review findings, communications, and corrective action requirements are properly recorded and tracked.
- Monitor compliance progress and maintain organized records of franchisee responses and resolutions.
- Provide franchisees with clear, actionable feedback regarding quality assurance findings and compliance expectations.
- Partner with franchisees to develop and implement corrective action plans that address identified deficiencies.
- Monitor progress toward corrective actions and follow up to ensure timely resolution of compliance gaps.
- Serve as a resource for franchisees seeking clarification on operational standards, quality requirements, and compliance expectations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support franchisees in resolving operational and compliance issues.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure appropriate resources are engaged and corrective actions are completed.
- Aid in scheduling, organizing, and supporting quality assurance activities and follow-up reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, operations, franchise support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
