Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Technical Quality Coordination Leader in the Aluminum Machining Department oversees quality assurance for the installation and launch of a new Rear Subframe Machining and Assembly Line.

Responsibilities

• Managing and guiding technical, quality, and torque check teams to ensure proactive and reactive quality activities.
• Leading data collection, analysis, and decision‑making to address quality issues, including customer defect investigations and process improvements.
• Overseeing database and report management for quality metrics and presenting progress updates to management.
• Driving daily communication, proactive quality initiatives, and supporting business planning related to quality, capacity, and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or 6+ years of relevant automotive manufacturing experience.
• 2‑8 years of experience in problem analysis, PDCA, and countermeasure implementation.
• Candidates must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
