This Quality Assurance Specialist role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. The position focuses on maintaining quality assurance through specialized execution, ensuring quality evidence is clearly documented, traceable, and actionable within the specific operational context of the network.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality assurance with root cause analysis, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Reconcile role documentation with status tracking to ensure clarity and traceability of quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring timely and accurate execution of quality-focused tasks.
  • Review documentation and generate reports to support quality assurance efforts, maintaining visibility of sources, owners, and statuses.
  • Document quality control processes and manage workflows to ensure compliance and traceability within the network.

Decision Pattern & Quality Standards

Quality Assurance in this role means ensuring quality evidence remains usable under the demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified before causing downstream rework.

  • Apply the TGL LU workflow context and quality assurance standards confidently within the network’s operational environment.
  • Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the quality assurance workflow.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear and actionable.
  • Use judgment in follow-up actions, especially when quality assurance depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs meet the criteria of deadline management, source verification, and root cause analysis before considering work complete.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position. The role is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
