About the Opportunity

Travel Congress has an opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist supporting travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations. This role is centered on work where you will check work against documented quality standards, identify defects, and support corrective action. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Review assigned work, records, or outputs connected to travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final handoff.
  • Record defects, exceptions, missing information, and scoring results accurately in the approved quality system.
  • Verify corrections and retest completed work when required across conference and attendee operations.
  • Track recurring errors and prepare quality summaries that show trends, defect types, and improvement opportunities for the Travel Congress team.
  • Communicate findings clearly and objectively to the team responsible for correction while supporting conference and attendee operations.
  • Support calibration, checklist updates, and process improvements that reduce repeated quality issues.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, documentation, and objective review skills.
  • Comfort working with quality checklists, spreadsheets, issue trackers, or review systems.
  • Ability to apply written standards consistently and explain findings clearly.
  • Good judgment when distinguishing minor errors from material quality issues.
  • Reliable follow-through on rechecks, corrections, and recurring quality reports.
  • A pre-employment background check is required.

Qualifications

Associate experience level.

Pay

$66,500 - $74,500 per year

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote position.
