Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

Aid in overseeing Quality Assurance and developing and executing testing procedures to ensure service quality in logistics operations. Focus on automation technology.

Essential Duties

• Develop and maintain documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and visuals.
• Audit workflows and document automation process results.
• Review internal customer feedback and introduce solutions.
• Collaborate with teams and subject matter experts to meet quality requirements.
• Maintain databases of use cases related to automation in Operations.
• Track process flow from origin to delivery via Transportation Management System.
• Complete certifications for security and sustainability as required.
• Use analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and control logistics operations and processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Training/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• Preferred: Previous experience in the logistics field.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Primarily a sedentary role; however, some administrative-type duties may be required.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours.
