- Review quality assurance processes with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the operating context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
- Document Swift 7 consultants' role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action for quality assurance checkpoints.
- Maintain quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring quality evidence remains usable and errors are surfaced before becoming downstream rework.
- Coordinate quality control with workflow management, applying quality-focused, assurance-focused, and specialized-execution standards.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
