The Quality Assurance Specialist operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses on quality assurance applied to quality evidence, ensuring decisions reflect the specific demands of this operating environment. The specialist maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing quality assurance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile quality assurance with root cause analysis, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
• Coordinate global events role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action for quality assurance tasks.
• Review quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
• Document quality assurance activities with reporting, leaving clear records of source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Maintain quality control with workflow management, ensuring work remains secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Quality Assurance in this role means ensuring quality evidence remains usable under the specific demands of event management and marketing. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before they result in downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
