Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist supports service quality by coaching, training, and providing performance feedback to process servers. This remote role focuses on identifying performance gaps, resolving operational challenges, and helping process servers meet established expectations. The position contributes directly to improving service delivery, accountability, and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key performance metrics.
• Create a positive and engaging experience for process servers who require performance improvement.
• Communicate directly with process servers to provide coaching and meaningful feedback.
• Address and resolve questions, concerns, and operational blockers.
• Ensure process servers understand performance expectations and improvement timelines.
• Set clear expectations and hold underperforming process servers accountable.
• Review assigned reports daily and contact disengaged process servers to identify and resolve issues.
• Track performance blockers and communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department when additional process server coverage is required.

Requirements

• Experience in training, coaching, or performance support.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
