About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist operates within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support. Responsibilities

  • Reconcile quality assurance with root cause analysis, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
  • Coordinate G Spa Travel S.A.S. role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Review quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
  • Document processes and reporting to maintain clarity and traceability of quality evidence.
  • Maintain quality control with workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

  • Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when quality assurance depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Combine source verification, root cause analysis, and issue escalation to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$67,000 per year.
