Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in product design, product quality, and manufacturing processes in a fabrication environment.
• Experience developing, evaluating, and improving quality assurance processes involving Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, production process, received, in-process, first article, and final mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, project value estimation.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the military.
• Experience working as a systems engineer.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
