About the role

Responsible for ensuring high standards of quality in all aspects of product development and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects or issues in products and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to resolve quality-related problems.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and procedures to ensure consistent quality control.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments to monitor the quality of ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality management principles.
  • Proficient in using QA tools and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, etc.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and tools.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
