About the role
Responsible for ensuring high standards of quality in all aspects of product development and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document defects or issues in products and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to resolve quality-related problems.
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures to ensure consistent quality control.
- Perform regular audits and assessments to monitor the quality of ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality management principles.
- Proficient in using QA tools and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, etc.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and tools.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
