Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

The Quality Systems Coordinator supports product release and testing activities by managing finished product samples, inventory, shipping, and documentation. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and company procedures while providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, tracking, inventory, and shipment of finished product samples.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
• Manage sample inventory and related inventory control activities.
• Support product release, commercial stability, end-of-shelf-life, and finished product testing programs.
• Assist with documentation review and other administrative tasks.
• Follow FDA regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with GMP documentation practices preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
