Quality Assurance RN - Remote
About the role
The Quality Assurance RN facilitates and leads peer review strategies and initiatives to achieve clinical excellence. This role combines a primary focus on clinical knowledge with an emphasis on performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with medical staff leadership to utilize data sets and information to identify opportunities and mobilize clinical and other resources for improvements.
- Direct multi-disciplinary workgroups using performance improvement, change acceleration, and facilitation methodologies to ensure clinical and/or operational effectiveness, quality outcomes, patient safety, and positive patient/family satisfaction.
- Coordinate auditing activities to support peer review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Montana Registered Nurse License
- 1 year progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts
- 1 year experience with statistical analysis
- 1 year experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups
- 1 year experience with root cause analysis and safety event review processes
- 1 year experience with clinical effectiveness and quality
- 1 year experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models

Pay
The salary range for this position is determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works on a day shift.
