Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web applications
• Perform manual testing across multiple browsers and devices
• Create and maintain test documentation including test cases and bug reports
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and track bugs
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Affiliate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Ensure our travel booking platform delivers an exceptional user experience

Required Skills

• Experience with manual testing methodologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing
• Experience writing clear, detailed bug reports
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills for articulating issues effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman
• Understanding of the travel/hospitality industry
• Experience with performance and load testing
• Familiarity with mobile testing across different devices
• Basic programming or scripting abilities
